Can't cancel subscription...(bad business practices)

I want to cancel my subscription but Kaspersky seem to want to make it almost impossible to do that.

 

Can someone tell me how to do that - none of the online guides works anymore.

The quickest way is to log a request with Kaspersky support, on the support page: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Order and payment issues, How to stop/cancel automatic renewal? template; please include:

• The original email address (you) used when you purchased the subscription. 
• The Activation code. 
• The Order number

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
