Hello people,

I have an issue regarding the activation of the Total Security License. One day the program noticed that the license isn’t active (strange because I have bought it in december and till now was always active), but there was a code already there (the one I bought) and that was necessary to activate it manually. When I clicked on the “activate license” button, after some moment, appears the message “the key file is damaged”. Then I didsintalled and then re-installed the application, without good results. What can I do?

I too am having an issue.  I purchased mine May 17 or so. I HAVE TRIED ON 2 DIFFERENT DEVICES :( . I am hopeful in fixing it but just wish there was a number to call..

Contact Kaspersky Technical Support → on the Support page, scroll almost to the bottom, select Product help, then, choose from available options: Phone, Online Chat, E-mail or log a case via your MyKaspersky account:

Make sure you have available:

  1. Email address used when the software was purchased.
  2. Purchase date and place.
  3. Activation code.
