can't activate Kaspersky protection chrome extension

each time I activate Kaspersky protection chrome extension, Kaspersky icon will be shown in gray color, but my internet security alarms that you should activate it.

could you direct me what’s the problem and how to solve it?

Only supported browsers like Edge, IE, original Google Chrome, firefox. yandex etc support this extension.
