Cannot utilize activation code because limit has been reached albeit no devices are using it

So in the past I used a code to activate Kaspersky TS on 2 out of 5 devices on, however for a long time now, even those 2 devices haven't used this code. Currently according to MyKasperksy (cloud platform), 0/5 devices are using it. The code has NOT expired. 

 

Can the Kaspersky Staff please PM me so I'll give them the code and they will reset the counter for this code?
