Cannot use Kaspersky VPN after WIndows update.

After updating WIndows, specifically the 2025-11 Security Update (KB5068861), Kaspersky VPN's window a red "connection unavailable" banner and I cannot turn on VPN at all, even though my Internet connection is still fine. Is there any way to fix this?

Probably the problem is not due to Windows update, but this one:

I tried re-installing and got stuck on this info screen with no way to proceed:

Aside from this program, my Discord is also stuck at the update screen, seemingly unable to connect to the internet.
