Cannot uninstall KES cloud when licence is expired

The uninstall button is greyed on win10 and KES cloud console won’t allow me to click on delete when I select computer, you could at least let that button work, it is a waste of time when migrating from KES cloud to KES Advanced as KES Advanced aes256 cannot override KES cloud’s package.

While it is possible to create an uninstall task from KSC that will target KES Cloud, it shouldn’t be required to so many actions just to replace an inferior product with the superior one.

Yes, that is possible.

But in first place you have to re-install network agent so that hosts should be connected to KSC.
