Cannot remote install KES11.7 from KSC Cloud Console - stuck at 50%

Hello, I’ve been trying to remotely install KES from KSC using a task on a single Windows 10 21H2 machine inside an Active Directory domain, but the task Status is stuck as “Running / 50%” for a few days now.

On the Results tab, there’s only one entry that reads:

Kaspersky Network Agent para Windows (Español (Mexico)) (13.1.0.2263): Remote installation has completed successfully on this device.

My computer has successfully installed the network agent and using the klcsngtgui tests the connection to the server as OK, but it seems it cannot advance with the installation of KES proper.

I have a Distribution Point inside my domain network running Windows Server 2019. From there I can locate my target machine using ping, can connect to the cloud using the net agent test, and the distribution point is also visible from KSC.

The “Stand-Alone Packages” tab for the KES version I’m trying to install shows “No Data” i.e. it’s empty, on the Deploy and Assignment => Installation Packages section. I don’t know if this is normal behavior.

Remote Installation used to work “fine” last month, but it stopped working recently.
