Cannot receive and send email in Windows 11 on Outlook for Kaspersky Total security

Hi When I turn the Kaspersky off, I can receive and send email out on Microsoft Outlook 365. but when I turned it back on it cannot send or receive anymore. I have Microsoft 11 and Kaspersky Total Security. Please advise.

Do you still have this issue? 

Are there any error messages? Can you make a screenshot and post here?

Does it help to disable ‘Connect Microsoft Outlook extention’ in Settings → Protection → Mail Anti-Virus? Restart Outlook and check.

It's all good now Igor. Uninstaller and reinstalled the software fixed the issue. Thanks
