Cannot Manage Applications? [Solved][Closed]

I'm trying to troubleshoot a problem with work-related software, and in doing so, I tried to get into KIS to manage my applications, to see if that's the problem. I changed my password on the Kaspersky website, but the new password isn't working in the KIS app.
