Cannot install on Microsoft Surface Pro 11 (Windows 11)

Dear all!

 

We have a problem with the installation on our new surfaces pro 11. see picture below. 

This was the result after we run the incompability software tool

Tool für Kaspersky Get System Info:

https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/3632 is showing the following:

KISDT version 3.1.10.217

KISDT is running as Administrator

System date now: 16.01.2025 11:40:00

We also tried to uninstall the driver but it still does not work.

Any idea how to resolve this.
