Cannot enable some protection components, Anti-Banner Failed to start

Also, in addition to what FLOOD indicates in the post located above this post, 

 

Please check that Windows Services are running, particularly Base Filtering Engine Service and Background Intelligent Transfer Service. These are located in Windows control Panel > Administration  tools > Services. Double click the service and select Start and Automatic. . 

Any better after that?

2 more customers have contacted us with such issue. I created the Bug 4253249: [SUPPORT][Anti-Banner] Anti-banner does not start(error 2147483762)

Dears,

 

Issue should be resolved with regular database updates. If it remains for some reason, please proceed with following:

  1. Disable Self-Defense in Kaspersky, close it via tray icon.
  2. Remove C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP20.0\Bases folder.
  3. Start Kaspersky, wait till it update databases. Do not mind about appearing errors.
  4. When db update finishes, reboot computer then check things up.
