Cannot disinfect detected objects

Kindly assist. I am battling with malware that Kaspersky Plus cannot disinfect and recommends that I skip for the past one week or so. I suspect this came through an email which I immediately deleted without opening. Cleaned trash, cleaned temporary files, ram malicious removal tool and still no luck. 

The following message pops up time and again

You have to manually delete those messages, Kaspersky can't remove those files attached in messages and empty ThunderB trash folder, to prevent You lose the full Thunderbird InBox, once removed those infected messages, go to K. warnings and click Ignore.
