cannot add activation code as code is expired

Please we need your assistance as we are unable to use the activation code as it reads expired.

What version of KIS is that license for?

Many thanks for this feedback.

 

In all honesty, i tried that over the weekend without success and even using the bot.

Please can you guide me maybe there is something we are not doing right.

Can You reply this question -> What version of KIS is that license for?

 

I can't see in Your capture:

Also, the warning says that license is already expired, that's why it is not allowed to be added...

 

Where and when did You buy it?
