cannot access my website due to this message: object is infected by HEUR:Trojan.Script.Generic

I have recently experiencing this situation that whenever any of my user access my application within organization network it cannot be accessed due to 409 status on certain js scripts file, as attached in above screenshot,

however when i have used website scanning via opentip it shows me everything is fine as seen in screenshot below
