Cannot access any website with VPN enabled

Dear all,

I use the Transport Channel Separation feature for Microsoft Edge browser, only this browser can access the Internet via VPN, other browsers cannot access any website when the VPN and Separation feature is enabled. I really need everyone's help, thank you!

Are You using the last version of Kaspersky 21.17?

same with me and i'm using .17 the latest i just did a fresh windows install

side note, it gives me "ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED" and i've tested it with chrome extensions for windscribe and tunnel bear

In the last Kaspersky version 21.17 there is a known bug that blocks the using of VPN in browsers, it is already reported:

 

 

You can create temporally an exclusion for encrypted connections for that browser in Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications.
