Hi.

My 5 coorkers cannot access the link https://online.uspnf.com/uspnf

When they try theyre still loading forever. It occurs in all of the 5 notebooks with Kaspersky Antivirus. I turn off the antivirus and it goes ok.

I try to put  the domain in the app on the trusted adresses and it doesnt work.

I do not have a firewall on the network.

Can U help me?

Hello @Engenharia ZAY, Bleno Rodrigues
Welcome!

  1. Is the problem that (your) co-workers cannot access the USP login page - because it loads forever OR *after* they've typed in their username & password - the USP login page - loads forever?
  2. Have any of (your) co-workers *ever* been able to access the USP login page - with Kaspersky *installed*?
  3. In Kaspersky Reports, are there any uspnf errors & OR events?
  4. For *each* Notebook - in Windows Search, type WINVER - open the WINVER app, post back what is shown in the WINVER app please?
  5. Which KSOS *version* is installed, on the Windows Taskbar, *Hidden icons*, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About?
  6. Does the USP login page load IF *another* supported browser is used: Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Yandex?
  7. On the USP login page, IF, using the Kaspersky Protection extension, Private Browsing, Allow data collection - is selected - does the page load?
  8. On the USP login page, IF, using the Kaspersky Protection extension, Anti-Banner, Allow on this website - is selected - does the page load?
  9. IF the online.uspnf *domain* is added to Network Settings, Encrypted connections scan, Trusted addresses - does the login page load?                                                                                                                                            image.thumb.png.af54c30de3623c6868c21371da654e26.png

Please post back?

Thank you🙏

Hi.

Tanks for response.

1. When they (and I, by now) try https://online.uspnf.com/uspnf the page shows a load gif and dont redirect to the login webpage. If I pause Kaspersky it redirect to the login page and I turn on Kaspersky again and the login goes right. The problem was the redirect.

But I noted that the adress https://online.uspnf.com/uspn (note the miss of the "F" at the end) redirect normally. But thats not the right path trought the home screen of the website.

2. The problem wont occur 1 months ago. The last time that they can log in was at november.

3. No

4. All Windows 10 22H2

5. KSOS 21.19.7.527 (b)

6. I'm trying Chrome and Edge.

7 and 8. I installed the extension right now and it goes right. Now I need to install in all of the 60 notebooks. LoL

9. I tryed to add the domain everywhere and it doesnt work.

By now I'm gona install the browser extension.

Thanks for the advice.

Hello @Engenharia ZAYBleno Rodrigues,

Thank you for posting back & the information!
