Cancel automatic license renewall

Hi there.

How to verify if the option ‘’ Automatic licence renewall ‘’ is not active, on My Kaspersky account it says no, but I receive an email from telling that my licence will be automatically renewed and I will be factured...Wich one is right ???

Thanks for the answer.

The link is not displayed, so I am assuming that the auto renewell is not on, but I got an email from 2checkout, saying that my license will be renewed automatically, that’s why I’m confused, who is right ?
