can not type vietnamese language after install kaspersky

After installing Kaspersky, the computer can no longer type in Vietnamese as usual. 

But when restarting the computer, it types normally.After a period of working, the computer can no longer type in Vietnamese.When I turn off the protection mode, it types normally again
