Can KESC be used to perform application control?

I’m considering different options to protect a small but distributed group of machines.

I’m considering deploying KESC Plus because it has a lot feature at reasonable price and the cloud console will make everything easy but I didn’t find if it offers the option to block the installation of certain apps from the PC (for example I don’t want the employees install not approved apps like Dropbox or Skype).

If KESC doesn’t allow it, how big is the easy to use aspect of KES Select managed via cloud console? And does it make sense KES for a small company?
