Can Kaspersky Internet Security block Youtube Ads?

Hello,

Here's my setup:

Windows 11 24H2.

Chrome 136.0.7103.114 (64bit).

Kaspersky Internet Security.

Question:

Youtube keeps on showing ads. Are those ads supposed to be blocked by Kaspersky Internet Security? If no, is there a Kaspersky product I can install to block Youtube ads?

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

 

I doubt You will find a K. product that can block YT ads, specially because that would inflict Google rights, and they would go to trial.

 

So, Your best bet is to use uBlock Origin Lite or AdGuard add-ons for Chrome.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I was under the impression that KIS Anti-Banner could stop Youtube ads.

About migrating to K. Standard: can I migrate right away or should I wait for my current subscription to end?
