Can I Leave Kaspersky On Overnight?

I was running a full scan and because I have a lot of files, some of which are large I knew it was going to take a while. I was wondering if Kaspersky does find anything harmful on my computer can I just leave it on overnight and it’ll get rid of it automatically or do I have to manually remove things after the scan finishes?

Yes. 

• The software will manage any detections according to how Kaspersky Security Cloud Scan has been configured, however, sometimes it’s necessary to manually action detections, this may happen if, automatic management is not configured and or, for whatever reason, the automatic management has not been able to resolve a detection. 
• If there’s every any issues you’re unsure about, post a topic with the Community, include an exported Kaspersky Security Cloud Scan Report showing the detections, images, the machine operating system name, version & build &  Kaspersky Security Cloud version & patch?
