It’s in the question itself. I’m just curious. Can copying a suspicious URL on Google gets me a malware? (not clicking, just copying)

Copying a URL should be safe. Usually malware needs users to open a URL to upload and execute some script. When you copy a URL, it is not opened, no scripts are executed.
