Can’t sign into kaspersky on Windows 10

I can’t sign into kaspersky security cloud free. Whenever I finish entering my password it just says please wait and nothing happens. I have tried restarting my computer and uninstalling/reinstalling kaspersky but nothing works. The little icon in the system tray is also grayed out saying protection is disabled. The icon would also turn red for a while after restarting my pc. I also could not sign into the forums here on my computer, I had to do it on my phone

Login to MyK via browser, change the password, then try to log in to MyK cia KSC Free again.

If your Kaspersky application has disappeared from your computer after upgrading to Windows 10, it means the application version was incompatible. To install the application again, do the following: Download the kavremoval tool for Kaspersky applications. Remove all remaining product files using the tool.
