Button grayed out in Windows 10 for Kaspersky Endpoint Security evaluation version

- Kaspersky Endpoint Security Trial Version
- Windows 10

I did a new install, but the definition data shows "not updated for a long time". I tried to update but the button is grayed out and I cannot press it. All the checkboxes and save buttons for other configuration items are also grayed out and I cannot do anything.
What could be the cause?

Yes, it is installed and the expiration date is displayed.

>Is your license still valid or has it expired?
Yes, it is valid. I registered my license for use and installed it on the same day.

.... While waiting for an answer, I reinstalled the software and lo and behold, the problem was solved. Sorry.
