A few seconds after my Kaspersky Total Security starts my PC gets a Bluescreen with the error: “KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED” I already tried reinstalling Kaspersky with a new installer and it didn’t work.

What can I do to fix this?

Hey, the file present on my system. Should I delete it or something like that?

Hi @Sevi ,

It is a BitDefender anti-virus driver.

Most likely it causes the BSOD.

The solution would be to create a Windows restore point (just in case), then rename bddci.sys to bddci_old.sys
