Browsers are not working

I have problem while using browser like firefox and chrome and they seem not to be working at all 

 

 

running on mac

@Mahammed Welcome. Do you suspect that this problem is caused by Kaspersky ?
Can you please specify.

@Berny hi , i managed to fix it , it was something to do with proxy and  i had kasper proxy earlier
