Bought new license for Kaspersky Internet security and was informed it was no longer available!

I just renewed my license for $39...entered my activation code. But the status remained "expired". You can see the date 10th Mar 2025.

When I clicked renew license, it brings me to a page saying that my current version of kaspersky internet security is no longer available and asked me to get the Plus version at $49.

Kaspersky should not charge me for something which is no longer available. I would like to have a refund on my $39 before I pay $49 for the Plus version.

Kindly help on this.
