Bluescreen error

Hi, I recently bought a new HP ProBook 450 G5 laptop and installed Kaspersky Total Security. I had to download the software as the laptop does not have a optical drive. Every time I go onto the internet I get a bluescreen error. After uninstalling Kasperky the laptop worked 100%

GSI 3. Traces Please disable traces when done, or your hard drive will get full. 4. Full Dump (MEMORY.DMP) Please, no mini-dumps, kernel dumps etc.
