Also, try adding the local IP router URL to Trusted URLs list in Safe Browsing module (Web AV).

@Fabpad Welcome

In addition to what @harlan4096 informed you, add the URL to your browser's exceptions.

Add local site to K. exclusions ↓

Spoiler
  • Open the Kaspersky graphical interface
  • On the left-hand side of the window, click → Security
  • Scroll down the window, under "Intrusion prevention" click → Manage applications
  • Type the name of the application you are using to access the address into the search bar (right-hand side of the window)
  • Right-click on the application and select → Details and rules
  • In the window that opens, click on the tab → Exclusions
  • Check the box → Do not check encrypted traffic
  • Check the box → Only for the specific IP address
  • Enter the IP you're trying to access via the browser
  • Click to save
  • Close the browser and run the test again

The problem with previous post solution proposal is that the user is using KFree, no Intrusion Prevention...

@harlan4096

I'm sorry for my mistake 😔

I was a bit busy replying to some topics and must have gotten confused... I didn't realize it was about Kaspersky Free

Are you using vpn such as Windscribe which could block LAN traffic. LAN traffic must be allowed in VPN settings.
