Blocked files from Scanner

Hello,

I have Kaspersy Interner Security installed on my PC.
I have scanner Kyocera.
When I have off programm Kaspersy Interner Security and I scan document on my disc I see file,
but when I have on programm Kaspersy Interner Security, I don’t get the file and I have error on scanner.

In setting what I should change?

@Yaro25 - Settings - Firewall settings - Network.

Make sure your LAN type is selected as “Trusted network”.
