Blocked an advertisement website or a URL: dashvintage.biz/metric [Closed]

Anyone know how to get rid of this issue. I receive a Kasp. notification that the following were blocked… but only occurs when I go to one particular tab on a particular site.

Would like to get this out of my sytem, but Kasp. scans identify nothing. Any help/info would be great.
