• Do you see the unknown wifi device when you select the wifi icon on the taskbar, or in the Kaspersky Internet Security app, or somewhere else - show us a screenprint, we need to see what you see please? 

Also, which:

• System OS & version? 
• KIS version & patch(x), x = letter, on the Windows taskbar, or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About?

    Launch the browser and go into the router's IP information.
    Login by using the credentials.
    Click on the advanced menu option and then on security.
    Click on the MAC filter option.
    Add/write the MAC ID address you want to block in the filter list.
