Hi Community,

since a few Days i have a problem with my Homepage.

If i try to open the adress, i get a Kaspersky Block with this Info:

Webadresse: https://trybellyfeilicia.best/?p=hbrdiojrmy5gi3bpgy3teoa&sub2=trickseestan&sub1=pelaain

Grund: enthält Adware, Dialer oder legale Software, mit der Kriminelle Ihren Computer oder persönliche Daten beschädigen können.

Programm: not-a-virus:HEUR:AdWare.Script.Generic

I try some workaroundy from Keasperky Community and other support sites, but nothing helps…

Can someone help me with this issue???

Best regards

roman

Thanks Danila,

i have no founds (any issues) in the analysys. So i reopen this issue.

Im not sure, if this problem serious or fake.

With some AdWare Tools i cant find some issues. And some Workaround from the community doesnt help.

:/

Best regards

Roman

@ro.wi

Happy New Year!

  1. Make sure the website was not hacked and does not contain malicious code or phishing links.
  2. Contact with Kaspersky technical support by choosing the topic and filling out the form. In your request, provide the following information:
    • Request type: Malware
    • Request topic: False positive
    • The file or the link to your website that is detected as a false positive
    • The version of your operating system
    • Name and version of your Kaspersky application
    • The databases update date in the Kaspersky application
    Please attach a screenshot of the error message to your request. If you are not sure how to take a screenshot, see this article.

@Danila T.

one question, how can i proove my website is not hacked or does not contain malicious code or phishing links?

Can you advise a workflow, tooling? Sorry, im not a IT specialist. I build my homepagy on my own, but i takes me a long time :)

I have currently no idea, how i can check, if my homepage is hacked….

My next steps would be 2. and 3.

OK?
