Hello @Oka,

Welcome!

A “BLOCK” rule can be configured using (your) MyKaspersky account & or, depending on the device, the Kaspersky Safe Kids application, however, there are differences depending on the device OS

  1. Which device do you use: Windows, iOS, Android, MAC?
  2. Which Kaspersky Safe Kids extension

Please let us know?

Thank you🙏

Hello @Oka,

Thank you for your quick reply👌

  1. There’s no Kaspersky Safe Kids (KSK) “extension” as such, there’s the Kaspersky Safe Kids application.
  2. To use the features of KSK, the application must be installed on the child’s device & on the parents device.
  3. We always suggest installing the KSK Premium Trial version & fully testing before investing.
  4. If you’re using Windows 10, it has Family Options, Parental control, we’re unable to discuss this product, apart from this little mention:

Thank you🙏

How to set up Kaspersky Safe Kids

Hi there!!

Thank you for your answer but the thing is that I don’t want to use this application to block a website. I just want to set up Total security to block a website WITHOUT using the Safe Kids App.

Thanks!!

Hello @Oka,

Thank you for clarifying👌

No, there’s no option available in KTS to manually configure blocking of websites.

Thank you🙏

Thanks I’ve just got the same answer from the support team. honestly I’m a bit surprised I thought this was a commond function that any antivirus could provide,,, I’m a little bit dissapointed.

So thanks for your time

Hello @Oka,

You’re most welcome☺ !

We verified our advice with Kaspersky Technical Support prior to replying to your topic.

We also think an option to block websites, would be a useful enhancement to Kaspersky Home AV software.

  • You may wish to submit a Feedback, I have a suggestion request to Kaspersky Technical Support, or, as you’ve already raised a case with them you could use the same INC#.
  • Note: Kaspersky’s change & development process may take a very long time, each request is measured against many benchmarks and not all requests are successful.
  • When feedback from the Kaspersky Technical Team is available, please share it here in the Kaspersky Community?

Thank you🙏
