Blackbit ransomware

I bought Kaspersky software for business on October 28, on October 30 my server was infected with backbit malware.

Kaspersky software is advertised to effectively block viruses and ransomware but in reality it is not. My computer is still infected with malware

If anyone has a solution, please help me, thank you

What product did you buy ? Kaspersky Endpoint Security or Kaspersky Small Office Security ?
