Been getting non stop messages of download denied https://hostmaster.freeuseranalytics.com from Opera

Whenever i open any tab from Chrome and Opera i get the the message that chrome trys to make me download something. The threat level is high, and in other cases when medium the download actually goes through. What do i do??

Something else I want to add is that when i adding a link here, 

then my Kaspersky popped up with the download denied message once again, this is also continues when pasting the link multiple times.

please do help as soon as you can.

Check add-ons installed in Opera and Chrome, also You may run a tool such as AdwCleaner, and check if some PUP/PUA/Adware is installed in Your system.
