BBC apps

I have always been able to access BBC apps on all devices with VPN turned on. All of a sudden I cannot connect to any BBC app unless I turn VPN off. Why is this, please?

1. IF you're able to access the BBC with the VPN OFF, may we know if you're located in the UK please? 

• We've never been able to access BBC, Kaspersky's guidance is: Why is it impossible to open a website with Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection enabled? & the The BBC Terms of Use, Terms for using our services and content - 7. a. Don’t mess with our services

Accessing content from outside the UK that you aren’t allowed to, or helping others do the same. For example: using a VPN service so you can watch BBC iPlayer when you’re outside the UK.
