Bank download is blocked by Kaspersky Small Office Security. How do I unblock?

My client’s credit card processing website asks them to run an executable each time they want to process a payment. Kaspersky is blocking these. There are no prompts… it just is blocked. If I disable protection temporarily, the executable will run.

It seems I can’t create an exception because the file is downloaded each time a session is run. How can I get Kaspersky to allow the running of this executable from this banking site? Thank you.
