Hello in my backup and restore, when i select restore files, i cannot select/view the files,

it only shows the picture below and when i press the check box “all”, nothing happens.

Hello!

This situation should be better reported to Technical support as for the issue investigation it is necessary to collect some pieces of data from this machine (traces + some product’s service files).

Coud you please create a request to Tech Support

Then please tell me the request number.

Hello @JoaoSantosG !

The fixes should be implemented in the next product’s versions.

In general the issue is related to huge amount of backupped files in the list.

At this step you need to try to restore all files (click Restore selected files).
