Kaspersky total security keeps notifying me about this : Backdoor.PDF.Crysan.gen

Last week and this week...  Kaspersky can not disinfect the infected file but it deletes the infected file and when I review the reports in Kaspersky app there would be no report about this issue

Can you provide more information about this issue

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

Can You post a screenshot of the details of the detection?

Good day

The directory where the file exists according to kaspersky app is in the brave browser directory as follows
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\Default\WebStorage\60\CacheStorage\

the infected file will always be deleted by kaspersky app

Weird, have you tried to remove that file manually from Brave cache?

The thing is, this issue happened two times in two weeks

Well, so it seems You are visiting maybe something with Brave that places that file there 🤔

The strange thing is that the reports in the kaspersky app do not mention anything about this !!!

This must not happen ...
