Hello everyone, I need to block from my kaspersky endopoint security cloud whatsapp desktop application, apparently I do not get that option because I download it from microsoft store. help.

Thanks for your post. Please clarify what version of KES Cloud do you use? (Base, Plus, Pro).

If users are downloading / installing / using WhatsApp from Microsoft Store, you should check Microsoft Help: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/configuration/stop-employees-from-using-microsoft-store (You should not control System Apps from your EPP).
