Authentication with certificate [Closed]

Hello,

 

With my work I usually enter websites with authentication with certificates.

 

I use KIS, and my problem is, that I cant login to the websites when KIS is running. I tried to pause the protection, but that doesn’t help. It only help when I close the application.

 

Can you please help me how to configure the program to be able to login to our websites with certificate authentication?

 

My KIS build number: 20.0.14.10850(i)

 

I use Windows 10 build 1809

• Depending on the error adding an exclusion may help🤔

1. Does the "can't login to work websites, certificate issue" happen irrespective of browser used? 
2. Please share an image ?
3. May we have the KIS Report > Open KIS, select More Tools, select Reports, select Detailed Reports, select All Events, select 24hrs or 7days, select Export, save the Report as a .txt file, attach📎 to your reply please?
4. Is there a reason why the business is still using W10 1809?
