recently upgraded my laptop to an Apple MacBook, and I have been attempting to install Kaspersky on it. Unfortunately, I encountered an error during the installation process.

For your reference, I have attached a screenshot of my MacBook specifications. I kindly request your guidance on how to successfully install Kaspersky on my device.

  1. *Which* Kaspersky software is being installed & *where* has it been downloaded / sourced from? 
  2. What are the error/s - we need to see what (you) see? 
  3. For the *install* - were *all* steps in this guide followed: Kaspersky Standard | Plus | Premium, Install and uninstall the application

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of proper solutions provided by the official Kaspersky team and the absence of an effective communication channel. Despite repeated follow-ups, no resolution has been offered to date. If I do not receive a valid explanation from Kaspersky, I will have no choice but to share my negative experience publicly on social media. Please note that I have been a loyal Kaspersky user since 2009, and I am fully aware of how and where to download the application/software. This situation reflects poorly on the brand’s commitment to long-term customers.

  1. Great, sounds as IF (you've) logged a case with Kaspersky, please share the incident reference number - it's prefixed with INC0000?
  2. What shows when Report is selected - it's *pointless* sharing only a portion of the information - we need to see what you see? 
  3. Have the Kaspersky Support team requested any data, logs OR trances? 
  4. What *response* has there been from *Apple*? 
  5. Where is the Kaspersky installation file being sourced from?
