Application blocked - is it coming from Kaspersky? Confirmation is needed

1. Which version & patch(x), patch=letter of  Kaspersky Small Office Security (KSOS), is installed, on the Windows taskbar, or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About? 
2. The alert does not appear to be a Kaspersky alert?, in KSOS Reports, are there any related events? 
3. Has the Company System administrator advised it is a Kaspersky alert?
