App Lock Problem

Hello everyone,

I have now a problem with App Lock function in my Smartphone.

I put the right code but I don't know why it is rejected and it does not work.

If I try to reset the code of the App Lock the Internet Security App does not recognise the password of my My Kaspersky Account.

I tried to deinstal the App but appears "unable ti remove".

Now I don't have access of several Apps in the Phone.

Anyone can help me?

1. Read before you create a new topic!
2. Are you able to use the (MyKaspersky) password reset? IF “no”, backup whatever you can on the phone & contact Kaspersky support, select either Chat or Email, fill in Application malfunction, Other template; support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you.
