Obviamente tienes que  dar mucha más información para que podamos intentar ayudarte.

¿En que país? ¿Página/tienda web donde has realizado la compra? ¿Has recibido tu código de activación? (Comprueba también que no lo tienes en la carpeta de correos no deseados), etc…

También lo puedes confirmar con tu entidad bancaria, o vía banca electrónica.

Si lo has realizado mediante transferencia, verás el cargo en tu cuenta, y a otra entidad del mismo país (España) tarda de uno o dos días en ser recibida.
