Any selection on Total Security UI just slides right back out before I can select anything

I haven't made any changes to my home computer except for the standard windows updates. Earlier this week I noticed Firefox would not let me navigate to any pages, neither would Edge or Chrome. I do not install any unknown apps nor do I click on links in my email. I have downloaded the Kaspersky Repair Disk and will try that tonight but I wanted to try here first.

When I open the Total Security UI it takes a little longer than usual, After it is opened when I try to click on any button the requested page will appear for an instant but immediately slide off to the right before I can select anything. I have not tried safe mode yet but will first run the repair disk bootup.

Anyone else ever seen this?

Maybe you could also consider to run the Windows System File Checker (SFC) ?
