The Anti-phishing plugin causes Outlook to crash from time to time and then only restarting the computer helps.

The Outlook version used: Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2305 Build 16.0.16501.20074) 32 bit.

Hi,

When I use the phishing button created via the web interface, Outlook sometimes crashes. Then comes the message that the plugin has been disabled due to a crash. Therefore, not usable in a company environment.

Hi,

In the screenshot shows "ESET".

Since it is a plugin that assigns e-mail as possible SPAM, it can be analyzed by the ESET tool you have.

- Disable/uninstall ESET (plugin) and check if it works (maybe an exclusion on this plugin will solve it, you will have to check with ESET)

In case the removal of ESET does not solve the problem, deactivate / uninstall the plugin and check if the problem is solved, in that case, open a support ticket in Kaspersky Company Account to communicate it to the KASAP team

After a new version of the plugin was released, it currently works without any problems.
