Hi,

I too have suddenly got a 'subscription blocked' notification on my Free account. What can I do about this?

  1. Is it Kaspersky Free, from Kaspersky's *new* software range - How to find the name and the version number of a Kaspersky application, if 'yes', has the app been re-connected to (your) MyKaspersky account = sign out of the installed software, shutdown the computer, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on by pressing the power button, login, sign into the app, make sure the app synchronizes with your MyKaspersky account?.
  • Also, Kaspersky experts have been notified, they are not available 24 x 7 x 365, but are aware of the problem, if it persists, please post back so they can participate?

Hi,

 

Thank you, I logged out and powered off my laptop, it seems to work now. It is Kaspersky Free by the way.
