I have purchased Total Internet Security and yesterday bought  Secure connection for 5 devices.  Haver activated on PC , but unable to activate on Android box?  Will not allow the premium activation when I insert the key.

Hello @Jerrynash123, 

Welcome!

  • 1 Is the KVPN License information/activation code already loaded into (your) MyKaspersky account? IF “yes”, you do not need to re-enter it into the MyKaspersky account, all you need to do is sync the phone with the account, please do the following: 
  • 2 Shutdown, power off & on, the phone.
  • 3 Using the phone, start the KVPN application, log into (your) MyKaspersky account. 
  • Re “ Will not allow the premium activation when I insert the key”, please show us an image of what you see?

Hello @Jerrynash123, 

From your image you still have the Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS ) Free version → on the Android. 

As you say, yesterday, you installed & activated Kaspersky Total Security (KTS) on your PC.

If that activation has been correctly applied, there is no need to enter the KTS license/activation code TWICE, into your MyKaspersky account. 

The KTS license/activation code only needs to be entered, into the MyKaspersky account ONCE. 

The KTS license installs KIS software on the Android, the KIS software uses the same license code that’s been applied for the KTS application. 

Neither of your images show anything about Kaspersky VPN - did you actually purchase a subscription license for Kaspersky’s VPN as well?
